Can be set up for individuals, families. or corporate groups, church groups or any other organization with multiple participants.
6 sessions on either plant based wellness or emotional skill building or a combination of the two.
Great for school health classes or any youth group. 6 weeks of nutrition and mental wellness groups including education on Nutrition, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Goal Setting and coping skills for Stress.
All individual or package sessions receive a complimentary introduction and information session.
